The rest gets built in short iterations, with the company using the system from day one.
Can we see the project as it progresses?
Yes, and we consider it non-negotiable. You have access to the repository from the start, we run demos every sprint, and the test environment is available 24/7. No projects that kick off and stay invisible until final delivery.
What happens with maintenance once it's delivered?
You can contract monthly support for enhancements, fixes and new features. If you'd rather run it with an in-house team, we leave technical documentation and hand it over properly. The code is yours from the very first commit — no vendor lock-in.
Is it possible to migrate from standard software to a custom one?
Yes, it's one of the most common scenarios. We do it in phases: first we cover the processes that work worst today, the old system gets switched off module by module, and in the end there's a single system that actually fits. Data migration is part of the project, not a separate phase left for the end.
