The "bespoke ERP" promise is usually sold in two ways: either a from-scratch project that takes 18 months and costs €200k, or a rebranded Odoo template where the real changes amount to four fields and a logo. Rowan ERP breaks that dichotomy: an already-built modular core with the essential flows (purchasing, sales, warehouse, production, CRM, treasury, e-invoicing), on top of which we build each company's specifics.
Details that come as standard: integrated Verifactu e-invoicing, authentication with granular permissions by module, screen and operation, and multi-device access (office and mobile with the same flows). The core is validated in real production: it's the same base used today at Brickwall, where it was born.

How is Rowan ERP different from a standard ERP like Sage, Holded or SAP Business One?
Sage and Holded are closed products: you buy the licence, pick modules from the catalogue and adapt to how they work. SAP Business One is the next step up: more powerful, more expensive, with an implementation partner sitting between your company and the software. Rowan ERP starts from an already-built modular core (purchasing, sales, warehouse, production, CRM, treasury, e-invoicing) and is shaped to each client's real operations, much like a traditional bespoke build but starting with most of the work already done.
What kind of company does Rowan ERP make sense for?
B2B SMEs with distribution, warehouse or production operations who are stuck with a standard ERP — paying licences for modules nobody uses, keeping parallel spreadsheets to cover what the ERP doesn't do, and fighting with support that takes weeks to change a single field. If your company has 8-150 people and processes that don't fit a catalogue, Rowan ERP is usually a more sensible option than SAP B1 or a build from scratch.
What does the base Rowan ERP product include?
The core business management flows: customers and suppliers, products, purchase and sales orders, delivery notes, invoices, warehouse with locations and batches, production, CRM, treasury, and user and permission configuration. It's the foundation you work from, not a three-screen MVP. Every ERP is its own world: the exact project scope, extra modules and total number of screens are agreed in the initial proposal once we understand the client's operations.
How does it connect to e-invoicing and to the AEAT (Spanish tax authority)?
Rowan ERP issues e-invoices in line with Verifactu and whatever invoicing system Spain settles on. The connection with the AEAT and digital signature providers is included in the implementation; it's not an extra module. If you work with public-administration e-invoicing (Face, Pemb), the connector is built during the project.
How long does it take to implement and get running?
The first productive deliverable (customers, products, orders and delivery notes working with real data) is usually ready in 4-6 weeks. Full implementation with historical data migration, connected accounting and all of the client's flows in production is usually wrapped up between the third and fifth month, depending on volume and complexity. We work in phases with the client's team using the system from the very first phase.
How do you access the ERP? Do you need to install anything on the computers?
No. It's accessed from any modern browser — there's nothing to install on office workstations. If part of the team needs a mobile app for the warehouse or delivery routes, a mobile version with the same flows is also available. Authentication is per user with permissions by module, screen and operation.
